The creation of a user account on the Editis Group’s website  (hereinafter "the Site") requires the communication of your surname, first name and e-mail address (hereinafter "the Information"). The provision of this Information is mandatory in order to create your account.

Your Information is subject to automated processing based on the performance of a contract, carried out by the EDITIS group’s company(ies) contacted for the acquisition of the audiovisual adaptation rights of a work and the company SOGEDIF [1] (hereinafter referred to together as "We"), in their capacity as joint data controllers. Your Information may be communicated to the other companies of the EDITIS group as listed on the Site as well as to our technical service providers such as the company INTERFORUM, which hosts the Site, and the company SPYRIT, which ensures the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Site.

Your Information is processed for the sole purpose of allowing the creation of your account and the use of the Site.

Your Information will be kept until your account is terminated.
