Article 1 - Information on the processing of your data :

The creation of a user account on the Editis Group’s website https://audiovisualrights.editis.com/  (hereinafter "the Site") requires the communication of your surname, first name and e-mail address (hereinafter "the Information"). The provision of this Information is mandatory in order to create your account.

Your Information is subject to automated processing based on the performance of a contract, carried out by the EDITIS group’s company(ies) contacted for the acquisition of the audiovisual adaptation rights of a work and the company SOGEDIF [1] (hereinafter referred to together as "We"), in their capacity as joint data controllers. Your Information may be communicated to the other companies of the EDITIS group as listed on the Site as well as to our technical service providers such as the company INTERFORUM, which hosts the Site, and the company SPYRIT, which ensures the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the Site.

Your Information is processed for the sole purpose of allowing the creation of your account and the use of the Site.

Your Information will be kept until your account is terminated.

Article 2 - Exercise of your rights :

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 as amended and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, you have the following rights regarding your data: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure (« right to be forgotten »), right to object, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability. You can also define guidelines for the storage, deletion and communication of your personal data after your death.

We take the necessary steps to ensure that your Information collected via the Site is not lost, misappropriated, improperly accessed or altered, or disclosed to unauthorised third parties.

This Privacy Policy is accessible at all times on the home page of the Site, by clicking on the "Privacy Policy" hypertext link at the foot of the Site. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to update it in accordance with changes in regulations relating to the protection of personal data and our internal procedures.
